Back in the days we wanted to create a small project tackling the culture of disposing everything no longer working or pretty enough. A visual thing. Art. On second hand skateboards! Nowadays this project got big with a collection of arty skateboards holding more than 50 pieces. This way we get in touch with a whole new range of artist. And they get to know Kapow.
We had A Squid Called Sebastian, Bete Prieto (Peru), Diamas (Congo), Ed Templeton (USA), Kenor Martinez (Spain), El Topo (Venezuela), Woiba (Spain), Zosen Bandido (Spain), Strook and many more adding to this mobile exposition. Popping up in different places, Kapow wants to show the world that beauty isn’t disposable. And as we do, we love to promote different aspects of creativity.
Art should go public and that is why Kapow is setting up an art library. Want to cheer up your house warming, company event or ouverture? Want to contribute? Get in contact!
